Flat Foot Myths

Flat feet are usually considered to be a negative thing, but this is a myth. It’s poor to have poor flat feet. I was really lucky that I got an email from creator Patrick Malleret just before I began the Barefoot Science Method. He was very interested to hear that I checked his insole system and offered to respond to any questions or concerns before I began.

After discussing my particular problems, Patrick recommended that as I went through the stages I take it slowly and listen to my feet. He told me to repeat some of the different levels to keep my feet happy, which he would consider to be completely natural.

The idea behind the Barfoot Science Foot Strengthening Method is that when you wear comfortable shoes with an additional coiling, your feet adjust and this ‘creates a never ending loop where your foot gradually weakers and becomes more depending on your additional support.’

The directions state you will go through a soft tissue adjustment process within the first couple of months, where you will have some mild pain when your feet change. That’s not what I felt, but I think that’s because I’m only in step 2. I have still not graduated. I have not graduated.

What I like about you is that you’re relaxed. You shape your feet as your feet get stronger. Actually, I haven’t had any of the problems I mentioned earlier since I was wearing them. I’ve also changed my shoes to barfoot running shoes so this may also be the reason. When they use the barfoot science foot enhancement device, they say:

  • Using the device all the time, unless your shoes or sandals are backless.
  • Use every level for at least one week before you shift.
  • Store your levels so you can go up and down as you feel.
  • You can still clean the machine with soapy water, toothbrush and drying air.
  • Make sure you pick the shoes you wear carefully and do not wear high heels or uneasy shoes.

What do I do when I use it?

Many people will experience a cooling feeling and a warming effect. Some people feel this instantly, depending on the skin, while others may take some time. The intensity of the warming effect may vary according to your type of skin.

Could I have been my hands after usage?

Due to the effects of the substance on your skin, you want to ensure that the feeling is limited to the treatment area. If the cream stays on your hands, it may be transferred to other parts of the body, including more sensitive areas, where no treatment is needed or desired. If you get the substance on the skin that you don’t want relief, wash it gently with water and soap.

What is the Content usage?

Our pumice stone is made from siliga, a healed silicone that makes the substance super translucent and glass-like – ideal for pumping raw skin patches.
